Terms and Conditions for Willis Country Cabins

Welcome to Willis Country Cabins. By booking a stay at our private luxury resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Reservations must be made in advance and require a valid credit card for confirmation.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 2 days before your arrival.

• Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is 11 am.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability.

• Guests have access to all resort facilities, including the beach, fire pit area, pavilion, volleyball net, kayaks, and paddleboards.

• Swimming Policy: Swimming is at your own risk. Guests must be aware that there are inherent risks associated with swimming, including the possibility of drowning. Children must be supervised at all times. By using the swimming facilities, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

3 of our 4 cabins have spiral staircases leading up to a loft. We ask that parents, and/or guardians, be aware of the dangers of falling on these staircases. Children must be supervised while using these staircases. Falling and injury may occur. 

• Our resort is located in a natural setting where wildlife, including deer, snakes, bugs, mosquitoes, etc.. may be present. Guests are advised to exercise caution.

• Limitation of Liability: Willis Country Cabins is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the property, including but not limited to accidents involving water activities, wildlife encounters, or use of facilities. This includes any potential drowning, injury, or death related to swimming or any other activity on the property.
   

• Not allowed on premises:  Willis Country Cabins will not tolerate any illegal substances or underage drinking.
  We reserve the right to evict anyone that breaks this rule, without compensation or refund. 

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Loud noise or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

• Parties or events are not allowed unless authorized by management and/or owners. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's credit card.​

No pets are allowed on the property.

By staying at Willis Country Cabins, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the facilities or participation in activities.​

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court in Texas.
